1. Fill in the ordering form to place your order. Please include information such as model, colour and quantity as well as your name and address.

2. The Hydrant will reply with a confirmation of order together with a bank account number for you to bank in your payment.

3.Payment should be made 3 days from confirming the order .

4.Once the bank clears the payment, Hydrophils will send a confirmation e-mail.

5. Parcels will be mailed out within 7 days of confirmed payment.

** in the event of request for reserving certain goods, please take note that the reservation will last for a maximum period of 2 weeks. Should the buyer fail to confirm purchase and bank in the payment, the goods will be taken off reservation.

3.Free delivery applies for customers within West Malaysia only; customers from East Malaysia may need to pay partial of the delivery charges (subjected to delivery method chosen)
